What is permanent jewelry?

Instead of a typical clasp closure, permanent jewelry is welded closed. You can still remove the jewelry with scissors or snips if you want to take it off. Since the chains are so dainty you don’t really feel it on, which is perfect for everyday use.

How much does Onya permanent jewelry cost?

The cost depends on the chain width & weather you want a bracelet or anklet. Pricing can be found on our chains page.

Do you do anklets or necklaces? 

We do bracelets, anklets & necklaces! We will recommend certain chains for the wrist ankle and neck for durability and longevity. Prices start at $60.

Do you offer rings?

Yes, we can make rings using a chain you choose. Prices start at $40. 

Whats your return policy?

Each sale is final. Each piece is unique & custom for you performed with the welding service, so there are no returns.

What if I want a different chain after your cut the chain?

Once the chain is cut it cannot be replaced with another. Be 100% sure of your choice before I cut the chain.  

What happens if it breaks or stretches?

I offer free repairs if you got it from me! If you got it done with another permanent jeweler we charge $20 to repair. If it is broken or stretched beyond repair, you will need to purchase a new bracelet.

What if I have to remove my bracelet?

If at any point you have to remove your jewelry for any reason (MRI, surgery, sports). It can be clipped off with scissors or clippers on the jump ring. Save the jump ring and chain, and I’ll put it back on for free. If the jump ring is missing it’s $20 to repair. 

Do you repair my broken chain I got elsewhere?

We can repair certain jewelry, just contact us to discuss and set an appointment.

Is it dangerous?

Of course not! The welding process doesn’t cause you any pain. We use a high quality jewelry micro welding machine and an experienced welder to perform the service. There is no flame, just a tiny Spark! We provide stylish welding glasses so you can watch.
